Between the success of Motley Crue's Netflix film The Dirt and Queen's Oscar-winning Bohemian Rhapsody biopic, it's evident that people love rock on film. Now, one of metal's most influential front men, Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister, is getting his own biopic.
Lemmy, which will be produced and directed by Greg Oliver, will follow Kilmister's life in England as a roadie for Jimi Hendrix, as a member of legendary psychedelic band Hawkwind, and as a bridge between punk and metal as Motorhead's iconic, whiskey-swigging leader.
Production for Lemmy will begin in early 2021.
