Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic shutting their doors, museums around the world are giving would-be attendees a virtual tour of their wares.
But to keep things interesting, some are putting the creepiest objects in their collections on display.
Taking to Twitter, the Yorkshire Museum in the UK kicked things off by sharing a photo of human hair taken from the head of a 3rd- or 4th-century Roman woman, then asking, "CAN YOU BEAT IT?"
Berlin's Deutsches Historisches Museum followed up with a plague mask, and the PEI Museum in Canada rolled out their cursed children's toys.
