Reuters reports the FCC is going after an unnamed wireless carrier for the unauthorized sale of real-time user location data.
FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel wasn't thrilled that it took the fed so long to respond to reports that "shady middlemen could sell your wireless phone data," calling the FCC's apparent feet-dragging a "shame" and adding that "It's chilling to consider what a black market could do with this data."
