Never mind that this year's Super Bowl teams have not yet been determined; the experts at "Sports Illustrated" have already predicted the New Orleans Saints will win the big game.
While the panel of sports writers who made Thursday's Super Bowl 54 prediction didn't agree on which team the Saints will beat, two agreed the New Orleans team will win while two believe they'll at least play in the game. Among them are Albert Breer, who thinks they'll beat the Baltimore Ravens; Jenny Vrentas, who believes the Ravens will beat the Saints; Bette Martson, who predicts the Saints will outplay the New England Patriots; and Mitch Goldich, who says the Saints will lose to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Saints have only been to the Super Bowl once before, when they beat the Indianapolis Colts in 2010.
