"60 Minutes" Producer Sues CBS Over Penis Pic

CBS has been sued for gender discrimination.

Filed Tuesday by Cassandra Vinograd, an associate producer for "60 Minutes," the suit accuses the network of failing to prevent sexual harassment against women. Vinograd says her boss, senior producer Michael Gayshon, gave her an "inappropriate and unsolicited photo" in which Gayshon and another man are peeing on hot coals. Their penises are visible in the photo. The suit says Vinograd was "disgusted, uncomfortable and scared" when she received the pic, adding she found it "creepy and gross to receive a picture of her boss's penis and urine stream."

Vinograd says when she complained to management, they took no action against Gayshon -- but removed her from all the stories she was working on. CBS officials have not commented on the suit, and Gayshon claims he sent the photo to Vinograd by mistake; he actually meant to text it to his sister.

If you were a judge, would you buy Gayshon's story that he meant to send a penis pic to his sister? If "60 Minutes" pulled all of Vinograd's stories after she complained, how could they not expect a lawsuit?
