Water is still good, but milk is even better. Milk has sugar, sodium, fat, and protein, which cause milk to stay in your stomach longer, leaving you hydrated longer.
However, if you are lactose intolerant and can’t do milk, grab a bottle of water with electrolytes for better hydration.
