Antonio de la Rosa spent 76 consecutive days making his way from California to Hawaii - a 2,500 mile tripe - on a custom-made paddle boat shaped like a submarine.
He says he spent 8 to 10 hours a day paddling and would sleep at night. For food, he packed dehydrated food and would also fish.
de la Rosa likes to challenge himself - past "vacations" have included paddle-surfing for 141 days and riding a bicycle across the Iditarod in Alaska. Unsurprisingly, his day job is running an "adventure tourism business" with his sister.
