ZZ Top and Banger Films has released the trailer for the band's documentary, "That Little Ol Band from Texas". The film will get its screen debut in Hollywood three days before the band hits the road for their 50th-anniversary tour on August 16th.
According to the press release, the doc tells how "three oddball teenage bluesmen became one of the biggest and most beloved bands on the planet." The doc will feature more than just epic beards and sunglasses; it will have candid interviews, animation and celebrity testimonials from fans like Billy Bob Thornton and more. The doc will also be released this Fall in select theatres nationwide.
ZZ Top will play the 98.9 KKZX Summer of Classic Rock at Northern Quest Resort & Casino on August 17.
