Some of the world's greatest guitar players are uniting once again for a special tour celebrating the music of Jimi Hendrix.
The 'Experience Hendrix' tour features guitar legends Joe Satriani, Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Dweezil Zappa, Jonny Lang, and Eric Johnson, together on stage performing Hendrix tunes.
The event began as a one-off tribute concert back in 1995 but eventually grew into an annual tour. The 2019 version will feature guitar legends like Joe Satriani, Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Jonny Lang, and Dweezil Zappa. Former Hendrix bassist Billy Cox is also part of the band.
The tour kicks off October 1st in Seattle and wraps up three weeks later in San Antonio.
