The Martin Barre Band at the Bing Crosby Theater

Date: Friday, February 22

Time: Show starts at 7:30

Location: Bing Crosby Theater - 901 W Sprague Ave., Spokane, WA 99201

Martin Barre has firmly established himself as one of the greatest guitar players of our time. For 43 years he has been the guitarist for the legendary classic rock band, Jethro Tull, and the bands owes its success largely to Barres sound and raw ability. He was voted 25th best solo ever in the USA and 20th best solo ever in the UK for his tasty lick on 'Aqualung' and in 1988 his work on the Album 'Crest of a Knave' earned him a Grammy award. During Jethro Tull's touring break, Barre is showing no signs of slowing down. He has built a band of musicians with similar musical repertoires and ability, to play "classic" songs from the Jethro Tull catalog. His goal is to create an authentic tull experience while also giving fans a chance to hear some of their greatest tracks that have not been preformed for many years. For one night only you have the opportunity to see this living legend in the flesh where he is most comfortable, on the stage. You will not want to miss seeing this amazing band play the text book definition of classic rock in Spokanes very own Bing Crosby Theater.
