Watch This News Reporter Fight Off A Raccoon Before Going Live

There seems to be a problem at the White House. No this is not some political rant. You know us better than that. We don't talk politics, because we are not smart enough to understand it. We are talking about the problem of raccoons at the White House. Yep, raccoons. There have been a recent increase in the amount of times people at the White House have come into contact with aggressive raccoons. The latest involved CNN reporter Joe Johns as he was about to go live from the White House lawn. That's when a raccoon got way too close . . . so he grabbed a large work bag and threw it at the animal, which was off-camera. The then did the right thing by screaming at the raccoon SECONDS before going live. A true professional. FUN FACT: Rebecca was a raccoon kept as a pet by US president Calvin Coolidge and First Lady Grace Coolidge. Rebecca came from Mississippi. She had been sent to the White House to be served for the 1926 Thanksgiving dinner, but the Coolidges decided to keep her as a pet instead.
