Online shopping generally makes life easier. You can select your purchases from literally anywhere and have them dropped right at your door.
That is, unless there's a problem. Survey company Which? has tallied up the worst issues customers have encountered with package deliveries.
More than half of participants said they had a gift arrive after Christmas last year, while 24 percent claimed drivers didn't listen to instructions and placed parcels in unexpected places or with neighbors.
Nearly 10 percent found a "recipient not home" door tag when they were. And one resident found their package floating in the toilet after it was shoved through the bathroom window.
