A South Dakota man has been arrested after police found him taking an afternoon stroll -- completely nude.
Sioux Falls resident Bradley Todd Swain, 48, is facing charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident, which occurred over the three-day weekend, according to Sioux Falls Police Department spokesman Sam Clemens.
Police have not yet determined why Swain decided to take a walk in his birthday suit, Clemens says.
