Bloomsday 2014 is just around the corner and I know I’ll be cutting it close with only 60 days left to train. So today I hopped back on the training program that’s been missing from my daily routine for a few months now, and my body is definitely feeling it today.  My time was slower than normal, but at least I did it.

My official weigh in for today was 201.6. Down from 216.8 in April of 2013 and 229 in August of 2012. Running has been a huge factor in my weight loss, and while I was able to maintain my weight at the 200ish mark for the past few months, it’s time to finish out my goals.

For 2014 I would like to accomplish five 5K’s, five 10K’s, one Half Marathon, Bloomsday and reach my weight loss goal of 185.

Today I registered for the St Paddy Five and am very excited for my first 10K of 2014!
